I'...thank you for that - I'll give it a go. I'm aware that not expressing my anger (until I boil over) gives me big problems in my life - I get an itchy vagina and end up wanting to rip it apart to stop it, and I end up in tears. That's whats made me search for such an article as this this morning. I've been doing a lot of work with EFt and while its helped me a lot, i know that i've used it to avoid my feelings too. I thought I really needed to feel my anger in its entirety and then it will be over and done with (like having a tantrum) but I just can't seem to let myself do it for long enough.<br />Off for a meditation - to put myself in that loving space.<br />And then maybe write whatever I want to say to whoever (myself perhaps?) - I find that helps too - just needed reminding :o) xAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
