We made it home early this morning. We almost didn't get out of Barbados yesterday. Our flight in was delayed out of Toronto due to mechanical issues. By the time we got to the airport, the flight we already knew was 2 hours late became 4 hours late and then five. Fortunately, we managed to get the last few seats on the regularly scheduled flight and made our connection out of Toronto and made it home.
yeah!
I don't have time to post today. Amazing isn't how so quickly the ebb and flow of island life drifts away and I am immersed once again in every day busy-ness.
We're home. I'm happy. Ellie the wonder pooch is really happy. Marley the Great Cat won't quit purring...
All is well.
