3 Poems and a Song of Love

1.
Love
is
where we met
on the grounds of
many splendoured things
dragged down
into the setting sun
that couldn't rise up
against the onslaught
of time hammering away
at the borders of our hearts
locked behind the fear
of never knowing
Love.

2.
Walls
crumbled
but never fell
as hope gave way
to knowing
hearts cannot find
their beat
in the shifting shadows
of someday soon
promised upon the wind
of fate
cast
out
upon the sands
of time
lost
never
to be
found again.

3.
Love
is
and hearts
bloom
in time
when time
blossoms into
a garden of tomorrows
where the sun
never falls
behind
the promise
of a new day dawning
in the hope
of a dream
planted
in the dark musty soil
of the best is yet to come.

And a Song of Love

I dance
beneath the light
of the moon
embraced
in the golden light
of Venus
legs spread wide
fecund femininity
flaunting
her sovereignty.

I sing
over the roaring
waterfall
of possibilities
tumbling into space
flowing freely
into the belly
of my fertile womb
celebrating
the rich fertile soil
of my creativity.

I rise
above the dying sun
bathed
in the iridescent glow
of dreams awakening
upon the pillow
of my eternal lover
embracing me
from within
the silken threads
of life everlasting
shot through
the desire of
my soul’s journey
towards the light
of Love.

The reads like a fountain -- it is just flowing.

Do keep singing. The heart stays young in song and Love redeems.
